Hourly Managers serve in multiple roles in addition to their role as a leader. Hosting, Serving, and Bartending are just some of the roles the hourly manager may work in when they are not actively managing. They are the masters of the fun and familial guest experience at The Post Chicken & Beer, responsible for dispensing ‘southern’ style hospitality to both guests and employees alike. Must be detail oriented, and well versed in proper steps of service and etiquette, in addition to possessing super communication skills and excelling in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

What we expect:

Minimum 2 years of server/bartender/service captain experience in a full service dining and/or casual upscale restaurant setting.
Handle the physical requirements of a restaurant manager job, which include bending, reaching, standing for long periods, and carrying and lifting heavy and really hot stuff!
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Integrity, intelligence, honesty, and a willingness to learn, dig in, and be world famous
