- A magnetic HOSPITALITARIAN approach to guests and staff alike - capable of delivering the extraordinary
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the team's standards.
- Extensive Wine, Beer, Spirits, Cocktail KNOWLEDGE and the skills to TEACH (Sommelier Certification is a plus!)
- Extensive Food KNOWLEDGE - service, preparation, regional and international cuisines, food and beverage pairing
- Achieve Company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment
- Minimum 2 years of manager/management/supervisory duty in a full service restaurant setting
- Minimum 2 years of server, bartender, service captain experience in a full service dining and/or casual upscale restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of POS/Toast, Scheduling Software, Excel (spreadsheets), Google Suite and electronic order entry
- ServSafe Manager & TIPS Certified (we will train you!)
- Ability to handle the physical requirements of a restaurant manager job which includes bending, reaching, standing for long periods of time and carrying and lifting heavy and really hot stuff!
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Integrity, intelligence, honesty and a willingness to learn, dig in, and be world famous.
