Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable fix-it and maintenance specialist to join our restaurant group, supporting 13 locations with general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep. The ideal candidate will ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and visually appealing, allowing for an exceptional guest and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including moving equipment, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
Repairs: Address minor repairs promptly, such as fixing furniture, equipment, doors, windows, and lighting.
Painting & Finishing: Touch up or repaint walls, furniture, and fixtures as needed.
Appliance & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure kitchen and dining equipment are functioning properly by troubleshooting and coordinating repairs.
Travel: Regular travel between locations within the region to address maintenance needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Handyman, Maintenance Technician, or in a similar role.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic building systems.
Familiarity with restaurant equipment and kitchen systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and other physical tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment

Requires travel to multiple restaurant locations.
May involve working evenings and/or weekends.
Frequent exposure to kitchen environments, tools, and equipment.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
