We looking for a Production Team Member to become part of our friendly atmosphere and join our enthusiastic team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute all aspects of production proces, including ingredient prep, recipe execution, and inventory management
- Implement and execute daily juice production plans
- Maintenance and care of production equipment and tools
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas
- Clearly communicate needs or issues with shop managers
- Assist with quality control procedures, including taste testing and product inspections.
- When needed, greet customers to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
- Work as a team to prepare for each shift
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture of WonderPress
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Contribute to a positive team environment
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Impeccable organization and planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible Availability
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Passion for healthy food and a strong interest in natural products.
- Experience in food production or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Food safety certification a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous service industry and production experience preferred
