What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Elevating the bar experience with a cocktail program that excites and delights our guests.

  • Leading and coaching an energetic and knowledgeable bar team.

  • Managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize profitability.

  • Developing seasonal and specialty cocktails that highlight agave spirits and fresh ingredients.

  • Engaging guests with exceptional service, storytelling, and education about our beverage program.

  • Collaborating with the GM and Executive Chef to create food and drink pairings that enhance the guest experience.

  • Ensuring compliance with all liquor laws, safety standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 3+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for training and team development.

  • Deep knowledge of spirits, craft cocktails, beer, and wine—expertise in tequila and mezcal is a plus!

  • Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency—you know how to run a smooth bar.

  • A guest-first mentality—hospitality is at the heart of everything you do.

  • TIPS & ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
