Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar is hunting for seasoned service pros who can move with purpose, think on their feet, and bring real energy to the floor. This is not a “carry plates and smile” job. This is showtime. This is command of the room. This is knowing your oysters like you grew up on a dock and your wine like you’ve been pouring it your whole life.

Our servers don’t just take orders. They drive the guest experience. You are the guide, the translator, the pulse of the table. You read people fast, you ask the right questions, you steer the night. You move with intention, you stay sharp in the chaos, and you back your team without hesitation. Details matter here. Steps of service matter. Servers - Here’s the Skinny:

Full-Time or Part-Time (full-availability: nights & weekends)
2 Years Experience
Sommelier and/or Cicerone Certification a plus
Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
Start earning $24 - $34 per hour with tips and the opportunity to earn more!
Paid Sick Time
Tips and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (we’ll provide training!)

Compensation: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
